Professor G was an agent sent by the Illusionary Eye to Xia Yu's school in order to trick him into turning against his own family.
He persuaded Xia Yu into believing that he was a special power-user and gave him a ring called "Mo Jie" to "give" him those special abilities.
Though he succeeded in swaying Xia Yu to evil, his plots led him to his end when Xia Yu tapped into his own power and absorbed his, thus instantly killing him.
